Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time, in one of two ways. Neither takes long.

In the app — fastest

  1. Open L-Plate Academy.
  2. Tap Settings (the gear icon).
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and the personal data we hold for it are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

By email — including if you have uninstalled the app

Email support@lplate-academy.com from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We will verify your request and action it within a reasonable time.

What happens to your data

  • Deleted

    • Your account and sign-in identifier
    • Your email address and name, as provided by Apple or Google sign-in
    • The record linking your one-time purchase to your account
    • Your practice history, scores and progress

  • Kept

    We retain the minimum transaction and tax records that we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires. These records do not identify you within the app and are not used to restore your account.
